Trina Turk Returns and Exchanges

START YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE

You can now start your return or exchange for eligible orders online!

      1. Print your pre-paid return label by visiting the ONLINE RETURNS link above. You will need your order number (ex. TTXXXXXX) located on your packing slip, and your 5-digit, shipping address zip code.
      2. Pack your item(s) and packaging slip inside the original box and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box. Please remove all other labels on the box before sending.
      3. Ship your package back by dropping off at your nearest FedEx location. You can find your nearest FedEx location HERE. Make sure to keep return tracking information for your records.

    Please note, that if any merchandise is returned that is past 30 days from the date of receipt, purchased from our SALE category or does not meet our return criteria, it will be shipped back to you. A $9.95 return fee applies to all returned orders.

    OUR RETURN POLICY

    RETURN POLICY
    Trina Turk gladly accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition as originally received: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items MUST have original tags attached. Swimwear must be returned with protective lining in place. Any items received outside of the 30-day window or in non-returnable condition will be shipped back to the customer. A $9.95 return fee applies to all returned orders.


    PLEASE NOTE: All items marked "FINAL SALE" at time of purchase cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. If any merchandise purchased from our FINAL SALE category is returned, it will be shipped back to the customer. No exceptions will be made.


    *SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGES
    In the event that an order is processed incorrectly or you receive a damaged and/or defective item(s) please contact Customer Care immediately via email at customercare@trinaturk.com before shipping your item(s) back to us. This will avoid your item being shipped back to you if the warehouse was not aware your item was received in damaged condition.


    FINAL SALE

    All items marked FINAL SALE at time of purchase cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. If any merchandise purchased as "FINAL SALE" is returned to us, it will be shipped back to the customer. No exceptions will be made.

    Due to the processing requirements of our order and shipping management system, we cannot make any changes or additions to your order once it has been placed.


    REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

    REFUNDS
    Your return will be processed within 10 business days* of receipt of your package. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email outlining the details of your return. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment or gift card, minus a $9.95 return fee. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your credit card and/or PayPal account. Refunds from a purchase using a Trina Turk gift card will be refunded as a new Trina Turk gift card and emailed to the email address on file.

    *Due to increased order volume, our processing time for refunds may be delayed.

    EXCHANGES
    Print your pre-paid exchange label here: Online Returns/Exchanges. Select the item you want to exchange for and a new order will automatically be sent to us. Your original order will be refunded once we receive and accept the original item.


    IN-STORE RETURNS

    Any purchases made online at www.trinaturk.com or www.mrturk.com can only be returned online. Trina Turk | Mr Turk boutiques cannot process any returns or exchanges for purchases made through our website. If dropping your package at a store is convenient, please be prepared to provide the associate with your return label so they can ship it back to the online store for you.


    IN-STORE & OUTSIDE RETAILER PURCHASES

    If you purchased Trina Turk merchandise at a Trina Turk boutique, department store, or another online retailer please return it back to that store or retailer. Trina Turk is not responsible for merchandise purchased from any other wholesale carrier or other distribution channels. This includes defective and/or damaged merchandise.     PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

    PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
    Trina Turk gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise purchased from www.trinaturk.com, that has been permanently marked down within 14 days of purchase. Price adjustments do not apply to items purchased on sale, items purchased with a promotional discount, or items that have already been marked down at time of purchase.

    PRICE MATCHING
    Trina Turk will match another approved retailer’s price on permanently marked-down, full-price merchandise only, within 14 days of purchase. Price matching does not apply toward any previously marked-down items, or any temporary discounted, promotional, or sale pricing.
    * Item in the same size and color must be in-stock and available for purchase on the retailer's website for price match. Must provide proof of pricing.


    SHIPPING ADDRESS

    Eligible orders are able to process a return label at www.trinaturk.com/online-returns. We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend that you insure and track your package. Customers are welcome to use their shipping method of choice; however, return shipping cost for a third-party shipping service is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by our company. A $9.95 return fee applies to all orders, regardless of shipping method used.
